REPORT: The Golden State Warriors Will Not Visit Donald Trump's White House.

After the Golden State Warriors win in Game 5 over the Cleveland Cavaliers to secure the 2017 NBA championship, a report surfaced on the internet, which stated that the Warriors, the NBA champs will not pay a visit to the White House.

They are now officially the first men's team to eschew the Trump White House, through other have found a way to avoid it as well. Golden State, skipping the White House is not so surprising given the political leaning of the Warriors players and head coach Steve Kerr. Stephen Curry has also spoken out about his dislike of Trump.

However, the impact past Presidents have had on NBA players was huge, especially former President Barack Obama. The impact Obama on how many NBA players view their role in politics has been discussed by the likes of Kobe Bryant, LeBron James and others in the past. Either way, we will not see the Warriors in the White House this year, as they will snub President Trump.
