This means that the Celtics and Knicks could be potential landing spots for Griffin if he decided to leave L.A. On July 1st, Blake Griffin will reportedly become an unrestricted free agent. (According to Adrian Wojnarowski)Blake Griffin will still count $29.7m (cap hold) against the Los Angeles Clippers. The cap hold will only be released if he decides to join another team.
